Position Overview & Specifications

Trayport is once again looking for an IT Graduate to join our successful team, and grow within the business.
After completing your comprehensive training you will become a full member of the Information Systems team providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to our internal users. The role will involve:
  • Covering the IT Support Helpdesk, providing responsive, consistent, high-quality support to our end-users and meeting service targets
  • Deploying, configuring, testing and supporting the desktops, laptops, systems software, applications software and mobile phones used at Trayport
  • Monitoring and supporting servers, networking systems and telecoms systems
  • Adhering to IT policies, processes, procedures and checklists at all times
  • Helping to ensure that key systems are available 24 hours a day, and that business continuity is assured in the event of disruptions
  • Managing long-term projects and smaller ad hoc tasks concurrently, and tracking time spent accurately.
