A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities team as a Facilities Administrator. This is a great entry route into our Facilities team where you can develop and build your knowledge.
What you’ll do…
Monitor and respond to FM Compliance queries fielded by branch managers, estates and landlords
Provide support to Compliance projects such data gathering, engaging with the branch network, developing software/systems and assisting the QSE manager in the development of strategy & direction
Responsible for overseeing the statutory inspection & remedial process for lifts, approving & reviewing asbestos repairs
Apply accurate and timely system updates to ensure accurate claims are made

Well organised with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines
Good with numbers and had excellent attention to detail
Enthusiastic
Able to use a persuasive approach to problem solving at all levels
Someone who can easily demonstrate being proactively driven, team focused, and self motivated
Confident using Microsoft Excel
You’ll need good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate, since you'll be working closely with our branches and suppliers alongside the wider Commercial and Finance teams.
