Custom Event Catering Company in San Jose Seeks Event Production Leader

We currently have an incredible career opportunity for a Production Manager!

You will leverage your hospitality background to ensure smooth execution of off-site catering events around the greater Bay Area. Understand what the sales department has sold, interface with clients before their event to ensure continuity, create supporting material to ensure event staff are set up for successful events. Your direct reports include all front of house events staff, warehouse manager, staffing coordinator, production specialists.

This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with the stamina and mental agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth professional atmosphere. Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and staff will be key to your success!

• Lead: As a leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and building a strong, positive, high-performing culture amongst the production staff
• Own: You will own the day-to-day production operations, ensuring everything is running smoothly, efficiently and safely.
• Strategize: Use data and your expertise to identify areas of inefficiency within our current processes and in turn, design and execute process improvement projects to streamline operations.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
