Westfield Stratford City - Salon Support/Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a confident, organised and fun individual to act as Salon Support/Assistant, who has the ability to make our clients feel welcome when they visit our salons and the motivation to be a success as part of our world-famous brand.

The Role

We believe our Salon Support employees are vital to the salon running smoothly and effectively. In this role you should:

• Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
  
• Win over the client within the first few minutes of meeting.
• Ensure the client receives a relaxing, but professional shampoo experience.
• Ensure the salon and all positions are sparkling clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and have refreshments if requested.
• Maintain an organised, beautiful Front of House environment.
• Ensuring that you are part of the team and available to help the staff in the salon.
• Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
• Deliver hospitality levels of service.
