Service Manager

We are looking for an amazing Service Manager to lead the Berkshire West Breathing Space AND the Reading Your Way Community Outreach service! You will play a big role during this exciting period as we seek to improve people’s lives!

The Berkshire West Breathing Space service located in Reading Town Centre is a safe, welcoming and supportive space for anybody aged over 18 experiencing emotional distress and struggling to cope. We support anyone who is feeling distressed or in crisis with 1-2-1 support.

The Reading Your Way Community Outreach service is for people aged over 18 who are struggling with their mental health. We provide personalised support delivered by Peer Outreach Workers who bring a genuine understanding and empathetic approach in supporting you to work towards your goals.
