TRAINEE BUTCHER

We are looking for a motivated driven individual to join our team someone who wants to be challenged to learn the many aspects of this wonderful trade.

The right candidate will be taught to cut down carcasses and prepare meats for display and sale. All aspects of production i.e. sausage, burger and pie making will be taught on site by management and fully trained butchers. How to manage our safety and hygiene procedures is a big part of the role these days as well as serving our wonderful customers.

Therefore the successful candidate must have good common sense with a high work ethic and drive. Being able to learn fast as well as multitask and keep a clean and tidy work environment is vital.

Wages are dependant on the candidates age and successful interview.

This is a full time role, which includes working a Saturday (Sunday/Monday is our weekend)
