Key Tasks

THE is looking for a Data assistant on a casual contract, who is a proactive individual with the ability to read/ speak Arabic. An early start or late start will be required occasionally, to make customer service calls with clients.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain customer accounts information
  • Resolve customer's queries and complaints; determining the cause of the query/problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution via phone and email
  • Supports the data team with data queries and Ad-Hoc administration
  • Quality Control checking of institutions data submissions
  • Manage large volumes of incoming/ outgoing calls
  • Meet personal/team targets for data validation tasks
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Customer support experience
  • Fluent in Arabic -written and spoken
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas
  • Data entry
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude and a willingness to understand the product and “ask questions” to ensure the “data entered” and maintained is with accordance to THE standards.

Language Skills –Arabic (Essential)
