About the Team
We are on a mission to reshape the E-commerce landscape and here's a unique opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support our business teams do just that. You will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention while also improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans.

Responsibilities
1. Partner with the business to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices supporting the business priority.
2. Coach and advise business leadership using data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the overall employee experience.
3. Partner with different HR teams and collaborate to drive the outcome best for the business: including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management and employee relations.
4. Build partnerships with site, HR, and business leaders to guide site activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement.
6. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
7. Lead different type of projects (HC planning, engagement, performance and etc.) and support annual HR agenda throughout the employee life cycle.
7. Manage internal recruitment efforts when necessary to ensure continued growth and success of the business.
8. Other responsibilities include having a strategic focus and working with the necessary HR stakeholders to cover talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years HR experience, HRBP experience is strongly preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or above is required.
3. Experience working with multi-cultural teams and in a scaling global organization.
4. Understand the fundamental work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance management, etc.
5. Experience in project management, change management, cultural transformation and independent program driving.
6. Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment.
7. Key traits are self-driven, motivated, creative, and possessing a growth mindset.
8. Hold in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labour laws.
9. Excellent communication skills and be able to influence at all levels.
10. Highly organized and fully independent.
