Customer Service Representative

Summary of Internship

The Customer Service Representative will provide high level customer service to internal and external customers with the goal of maintaining meaningful business relationships. Our ideal candidate will be customer oriented and eager to drive growth.

• Provide professional communication via phone and email to our customers and internal support teams.
• Use a sales order entry system, website, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, etc.).
• Follow established service quality standards and meet order and inquiry processing time standards.

Please note that this position will begin in June 2023 and that individuals must be graduating with their Bachelor's degree no earlier than May 2024.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• 0+ years of work experience required.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite preferred.
