Our Role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will work within our Operations Call Centre based in Northampton and be the first point of contract for our customers. You will be responsible for answering their enquiries, solving any issues and making product recommendations.
Our customers are what matter most: being genuine, supportive and taking responsibility for seeing issues through to completion is a key role requirement, as is a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
*IMPORTANT*- Please note the following:
- This is a 37.5-hour a week contract starting on 22nd May 2023,
- Due to providing all new CSA's with a three week induction, we are unable to hire outside of this date,
- You will be required to work a rotating three-week shift pattern and be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 10pm as well as 1 in 3 weekends,
- We offer a Hybrid working pattern, where you will be required to work in the Northampton office 3 days a week and 2 days from home:
- Reliable Wi-Fi with a minimum of 20mbps or above speed. We do recommend connecting devices to a router via a Ethernet Cable,
- A private space to work from, away from distractions, where you can work interrupted.
- From your start date, there will be a mandatory three week remote induction after which you will then fall into your shift pattern and Hybrid working arrangement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries in an efficient and professional manner,
- Striving to delivery first contact resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,
- Adhering to the company policies and procedures when interacting with customers,
- Staying up to date with the company's products, services and policies by attending training sessions,
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our Customer Management System,
- Carrying out tasks as required within agreed timescales and quality,
- Positively contributing to the daily running of the department through interaction sessions,
- Reacting constructively to personal feedback and also providing feedback which will positively impact the performance of the department.
