Warehouse and Logistics Operative

We are delighted to be partnering with a major warehouse based in Faverdale, Darlington as they seek to add Warehouse/Logistics assistants to their team.

Location - DL3

Pay Rate - £10.65 per hour

Hours - Shifts are typically 8-10 hours with start times available - 5am, 5:30am, 1:30pm, 4pm, 6pm & 9:30pm

Job Role -

Proactive, efficient and full of initiative, you'll be trusted to keep our Regional Distribution Centre clean and working correctly.

Your Section Leader will have specific tasks for you, like loading a vehicle or helping to organise pallets and crates. In and around that, you'll be alert and ready to tackle anything that might need doing to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse. It might be something simple like stocking our vending machines or cleaning up a spillage. Equally, you'll report any defects to the warehouse area or its equipment. This is a hugely varied role, and a really important one.
