Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Office-based at their barn converted offices in picturesque Northamptonshire countryside. Very useful if you have a driving license and your own car as bus routes are not ideal. NN6

Are you ready to join a small but mighty team where you can put your accounting skills to the test?

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant Extraordinaire to join our fast-paced and dynamic, multinational client.

As our Accounts Assistant, primarily you'll be responsible for managing the purchase ledger and sales ledger, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Alongside – we’d love to find someone who is a true team player, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

So, what will you be doing on a day-to-day basis? Here are just a few of the things that could be on your plate:

  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Generating reports and analysing data to inform business decisions
  • Communicating with vendors and customers to resolve any issues
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

  • A positive attitude and a sense of humour - life's too short to take everything too seriously!

It’s a permanent role, Monday-Friday 0900-1730…..no weekend working and all duties can be wrapped up during the week with no need for early starts or late evenings!
