Position Overview & Specifications
We're looking for a Server to join our team at a busy and fast-paced restaurant in the financial district. The right candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, quickly, and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience servering in a professional environment and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere where the customer always comes first.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment and ensure adherence to health codes.
- Handle food and beverages properly, including temperature control, food storage and handling, and personal hygiene.
- Communicate with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Ensure that food is delivered to customers at the correct temperature.
- Follow recipes precisely.
- Have a knowledge base of beverages, food, and preparation.
- Deal with difficult customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
