Cinema, Bowling, Mini Golf, Climbing, Bars and Dining all under one roof. Our venues are the first to combine exceptional cinema and great quality food and drinks with fun and immersive leisure activities.
The Light is looking for Full and Part Time Supervisors (minimum 25 hours per week) to join the opening team and be part of the future of entertainment at our brand new venue in Redhill.
The Supervisors will oversee teams within the venue ensuring all standards are adhered to and guest service standards are second to none. They will be enthusiastic and motivated with the ambition and determination to successfully lead and inspire a team.
We are particularly looking for Supervisors with hospitality experience in bars or restaurants as well as Supervisors with experience from within a leisure venue.
The successful candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic with previous experience of working in a high volume environment
• Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest service
• Have previous supervisory experience
• Have comprehensive knowledge on Food Safety, Health and Safety and licencing laws and regulations
• Be confident working with technology and software systems
• Have good numerical skills and commercial mindset

Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
