Event Staff

The Lakes by Yoo is exclusive private development, spread across 850 acres of woodland, meadows & lakes in the Cotswold water park. Established for over 15 years, we build unique, luxury lakefront and woodland second homes. The estate also includes the Award-winning Orchard Spa, and numerous clubhouse buildings.

The Estate is fully serviced with 24hr security, Concierge and Guest Services team to help with all resident and guest requests. The Estate is home to several communal spaces and facilities including a full-service spa and gym, tennis courts, a bird hide, a lakeside café bar, and a zip wire. A range of activities such as kayaking, yoga, fishing, bushcraft, and kids’ clubs are available to all residents and guests on a daily basis.

Summary:

We’re looking for hospitality and catering staff of all skill levels to join us at some of the most amazing events being hosted on our estate this year, our events can be large or small and will range from a mix of social, corporate events and weddings.

This role is casual and you will be called upon as and when the events are being hosted. This is ideal for university students looking for part time work to fit around their studies or for anyone looking for flexible shift-based work to fit around other commitments.

You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and serving food and drinks at these events. You will help assist with event space preparation, service, and clean up, and respond to questions, complaints, and requests.

What we are looking for in you:

· Previous hospitality experience is preferred

· Must be over 18 and legally able to live and work in the United Kingdom

· Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions

· Well-presented team players who are happy to get stuck in!

· Enthusiastic, flexible and reliable

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £11.00 per hour
