Position Overview & Specifications

Hometown Creative is a small but quickly expanding Creative Marketing & Design company. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced, Creative Marketing Assistant to drive the growth of our ever-growing client base as well as our own growth for The Hometown Group of companies.

The successful applicant key responsibilities and duties will be:

  • To create and implement social media strategies
  • Build and run digital advertising campaigns
  • Prompt engagement and ultimately deliver website visits, leads and conversions for our clients.
  • To create digital content with a focus to grow online presence
  • Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing and digital strategies for all brands including our own
  • To seek new opportunities for brand exposure and PR initiatives across the brands we work with.

Reporting to our Creative Marketing Executive, the successful applicant will require the following attributes:

Experience

  • Clear and thorough understanding of how to create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Tracking and optimising our marketing strategy, including SEO and Google Ads, creating metrics for presentations
  • Seeking new and innovative ways to expand our reach to new clients and improve results
  • Planning and prioritising multiple tasks
  • Experience working in Marketing/Digital Comms is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and other digital platforms
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics (desirable)
  • Proven experience in content creation
  • A basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and Meta Suite

We are looking for an energetic person to join the team to help our clients reach their greatest potential through the power of digital marketing and social media.

This is an awesome opportunity for a proactive and creative individual who has a passion for developing their career in marketing.

The role will be based at our rural office just outside of Petersfield so own transport would be necessary. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 but there would be some flexibility to work remotely on occasion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
