MIDAS, one of the UK's most successful inward investment agencies, is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Managing Director (MD) and the MIDAS team in managing operational functions, such as, business planning, board engagement, HR, finance, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will support the MIDAS business plan by ensuring that leadership and strategic direction is delivered effectively.
You will have a key role in supporting the MD across all operational duties; including business planning, assurance and reporting at board level, and project management.
This includes overall responsibility for recruitment, inductions, and performance management across the piece.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for budgeting: liaising with Senior Management Team and finance regarding the overall budget, undertaking follow up evaluation and providing relevant management information to the MD.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced business professional with knowledge of project/contract management, who is;
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Can communicate clearly and concisely;
- Delivers work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Financially literate;
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent relevant professional experience).
The ideal candidate will have a background within Operations/HR/Finance, however anyone who can demonstrate transferable skills will be considered. The role requires strong presentation skills, as well as experience of creating and writing professional client responses.
The successful candidate will become part of the MIDAS Senior Management Team, helping develop and deliver our strategic goals, so leadership experience is essential.

Salary: Up to £39,000.00 per year
