Position Overview & Specifications
- Organise and assist with Stadium planning meetings with relevant internal and external teams across the planning and delivery phases of the Final
- To be the primary point of contact for all allocated functional area delivery aspects of UEFA Champions League Final 2024 for the UEFA team, and supporting the Senior Stadium Manager as the point of contact for The FA, WNSL and all local stakeholders
- To lead on the planning and delivery of key internal Stadium delivery functions, ensuring they are implemented operationally in line with UEFA Tournament Requirements, as well as cost effectively for the Final, and in line with the relevant Venue and Stakeholder regulations
- To provide administrative support to the Stadium team to help ensure a smooth and efficient planning and delivery model is established
- To work closely with UEFA Champions League Final delivery team appointed both by the LOS and directly by UEFA
- Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.
- Self-starting event/project manager
- Problem-solver - ability to use own initiative and find new solutions and working methods to enable the smooth delivery of the events
- Highly motivated and passionate with experience of managing sporting events
- Excellent communicator capable of both establishing and building working groups including wide ranging and diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience of working on large-scale / major events
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- A working knowledge of UEFA events
- Knowledge of Wembley Stadium
- IOSH / NEBOSH
