Bar Staff

The Folly Bar and Kitchen is located centrally within Boston Market Place. The popular venue underwent a £250k transformation during 2021 and reopened to fanfare in the Summer months just over a year ago.

The bar boasts the best and widest selection of cocktails in the region, alongside enviable gin list, world beers and freshly ground coffees. Every angle of the venue oozes Instagram worthy pictures, with the food and drink to match!

We are keen to extend our hours and number of team following the welcoming of "Exotic Burger" and "Nik 'n Mix" food concessions, and therefore have numerous positions now available.

In addition to the junior role, we also have area captain position and shift leader roles available for the right applicants.

There is no experience necessary as full training will be offered! Those demonstrating that they have “the right stuff” will be rewarded with associate bonus payments (adding up to £1.44/hr), and all can benefit from incentives based on sales and service targets (starting at 10% of weekly earnings).

Many of our hours are based around weekends and evening, so please consider this before applying.

Due to the nature of the business we are only hiring candidates over the age of 18.

Salary: £6.83-£10.25 per hour
