Cafe supervisor - Fiveways

The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to help run our store in Fiveways. The right candidate will have similar experience in a high quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head. Bar experience is not essential, but desirable.

We have both inside and outside seating and offers both table service and takeaways options.

The Fiveways site is very much driven by the local community and regulars and we pride ourselves on ensuring that our customer service is always perfect. Alongside all of the regular Flour Pot counter offerings, we also have a kitchen where we serve up delicious brunch and lunch options all day. We also have an alcohol license on site, so have a variety of wines, beers, and cocktails on offer.
