The Courtyard Dairy needs you to join its friendly and enthusiastic cheese-loving team in this high quality, fast paced work environment. On the job training given, including visits to cheese makers and cheese-training sessions. 4 days per week, daytime hours.
The job involves helping run a dynamic growing business and leading a team serving customers in a retail (shop) setting, getting to know all about cheese, basic administration and preparation of wholesale and mail order, dealing with incoming cheese (goods in) and assisting with packing and dispatch of products.
No knowledge or experience required - just a love of food and cheese is essential. Not only will you get to learn all about cheese, meet cheesemakers and visit farms, you'll get to liaise and work with some of the top restaurants and chefs in the region and become part of in a longstanding team, most of whom have worked here for many years.
Role includes weekend shifts, every other weekend (one on, one off)

Salary: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
