The Condition Management Company is focused on delivering effective treatment to meet the individual needs of each client. Through our team of highly qualified and experienced clinicians, we work with each individual to design and deliver treatment packages focused on their needs and aims, putting the patient at the heart of service design.

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced psychotherapists to join our team based in Nottingham.

The Condition Management Company is led by clinicians with over 60 years in combined clinical experience and service design, across Nottingham and further afield. Our team have developed, operated and evaluated large scale services for the NHS and Department of Work and Pensions. We have also been involved in specialist service development, produced training programmes and provided performance consultation to other clinical services. Now we have taken the opportunity to focus on developing a local, personalised service with clients at the heart of the service.

Our work is made up of a variety of contracts. This will include seeing individual private patients for assessment and treatment, providing interventions for people on specialist service contracts such as our Family Psychological Support Service, working with children and young people with psychological presentations, providing rehabilitation support for people diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorders and ADHD, and supporting patients on NHS Waiting Lists.

We would like to hear from skilled CBT therapists with a proven record of strong clinical outcomes. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have significant experience in working in the following areas:

· Trauma including traumatic grief

· Children and Young People

· ASD/ADHD

We also welcome applications from experienced psychotherapists with wider experience who would like to be involved in this growing business.

The posts require a high degree of professionalism and sensitivity, the ability to develop client centred idiosyncratic treatment plans informed by a strong evidence base and to work as an autonomous practitioner in our Nottingham clinic. We are able to provide flexible benefits/terms & conditions. Our standard package includes:

o Base salary starting at £47K, rising to £60K dependent on experience.

To be eligible for these roles, you must have a post-graduate diploma or Masters level qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and a minimum of three years’ post qualification experience in a CBT role.
