As a Steward your role will involve:

• Monitoring and managing customers

The successful candidate must have the following

• A valid SIA badge with no pending misdemeanours is essential. Previous experience essential
• Great communication and friendly and understanding customer service skills
• Be able to work well within a team

Located in Wishaw, Lanarkshire, The Commercial is a hotel, bar and restaurant.

Our family friendly venue serves food 7 days a week from 12pm. Plus we have daily deals on our menu to make sure eating out is pocket-friendly as well as tasty!

With the major sports channels and large screen TVs guests can also enjoy the best of football, boxing and more, live!

We have a late-night bar too. Every Friday and Saturday we’ve got DJs providing a soundtrack to the weekend and are open til 1am, with classic drinks, shots and cocktails to enjoy! On a Thursday, we also have live acoustic music from 9pm.
