Fulltime & part time Front of House roles

Cobbs at Nevis Range is seeking a personable and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team, where you will play a crucial role in providing our customers with a warm and enjoyable experience. As part of our team, you will enjoy the added perk of a year-round complimentary gondola pass.

The Cobbs Group, which operates sites throughout Scotland, is seeking friendly and passionate Front of House team members for the season at our newest project - Nevis Range. The Cobbs Group is a family-run business based at Loch Ness and also operates the Old Deli on the High Street.

Daily duties will consist of:

Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, and taking accurate orders.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including preparing and cleaning equipment and utensils.

Handling cash and credit card transactions, and operating the point-of-sale system.

Assisting with food preparation and service as needed.

Following all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Maintaining a positive and professional manner at all times.

Candidate requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks preferred, but not required.
