IT Senior Business Analyst

The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery dedicated to making deliciously crafted bread, cakes and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants and more!

As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next IT Senior Business Analyst.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Manage user relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others updated on project results.
• Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in IT systems.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building working relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Here are some key areas we think you can impact in this role:

• Identify improvement opportunities and efficient ways of working.
• Create project schedules by developing project plans and specifications.
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
• Develop and execute IT test plans and support system conversations, upgrades and enhancements.

• Have experience with stock management systems (e.g. ERP).
• Have experience working on large scale projects as well as day to day operations.
• Are a multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Have strong key stakeholder management skills.
