Our Guest Services Assistants are the face of Bicester Village, responsible for delivering excellent standards in service and hospitality which surpass our guest’s aspirations. You'll make every Guests' special right from the start, and doing your utmost to make all guests feel welcome.

This Guest Services Assistant role is offered a 12 month FTC basis, and will be working on a shift basis, including weekends. Due to the nature of this role being based in Bicester Village, we cannot offer any remote working.

• Fluency in English is essential,
