As a Team Member for Tenpin, your goal is to make sure our Customers have an EPIC experience when they visit us!

Whether you are pulling a pint at the bar, checking customers in at reception, serving them on the lane or hosting a party (How about a quick song on the karaoke to get the party started?) A career at Tenpin is just as fun as it sounds.

What you will do:

• Greet customers at reception, operate the booking system and tills
• Strive to constantly achieve the highest operating standards throughout the bowl on the lanes, food, drink and amusements
• Ensure that all our customers are having a great time and adopt a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
• Serve customers and prepare food and drink in the bar and café area
• Host and entertain individuals and parties to a high standard of service
• Lead by example and encourage all colleagues to participate and work together.

We take training seriously. That is why you will be trained in all areas of the business. We work hard to ensure your role has variety as well as meaning that the business has the most practical operation.

What we need from you?

• Full of determination, enthusiasm and patience
• Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
• Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
• A strong team player
• Be organised and able to multi-task
