Java Developer – Fully Remote

​Up to £120k - Java Developer – Fully Remote – For our client who is one of the largest leading global banks with international finance and business centres based all around the world holding over $100 billion in retail assets!

Are you an experienced Java Developer? Love the idea of using cutting edge tech and being involved in the re-engineering of trading platforms to give an optimal experience to traders worldwide? Then read on, this job is for you!

Your responsibility in this role would be to assist in the rewriting of a bonds e-trading platform. You will be writing code that contributes to the core services using high level analytics, dealing with requests from the core platform that require a response within milliseconds.

The ideal Java Developer has:

• A thorough understanding of core Java technologies
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn and work with Kotlin
• Experience of any cloud technologies (Azure would be ideal)

It’d be extra awesome if you were a Java Developer with experience in capital markets.
