Resort Front of House Members

We are recruiting a full time Resort Front of House Members to join our team in our our health & wellbeing Hotbox Spa, ideally an individual will have a passion for the outdoors, guest focused and with a strong hospitality motivation.

There is so much happening at Taymouth Marina whilst we are focused on our future and that of our employees. We are vibrant, unique and independent.

We have an amazing Team in place and looking to expand on this with likeminded, hard working people who are customer service skills focused, good communicators, experienced working with people, have a positive approach and a good work ethic.

The successful candidate will be answerable to the Spa Manager.

Duties will include:-

• Waitor service in Hotbox Spa.
• Barwork and serving drinks.
• Carrying out opening and closing procedures.
• Assist and supervise guests in their use of the spa facilities, including sauna, steam room and hot tub pool. Full training to be provided for the right candidate.
• Deal with booking enquiries and process guest payments.
• Welcome guests as they arrive for sessions, then carry out tours for the guests, explaining all spa details and procedures, as well how to safely use all of aspects of the spa.
• Water test and maintain water treatment within operating chlorine and PH ranges. Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the spa in adherence with safety matters and all legal requirements, to ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff
• A passion for hospitality and customer service is a must, as we aim to provide the best service possible to all of our guests.
• Flexible approach to working as you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
