Take a Seat People are actively hiring for a Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologist In the Sheffield area. Are you ready to take the lead of a service and shape it in your own image? We are looking for someone who wants to be creative and not afraid of trying something new. Working with Adolescents in a secure home setting who have suffered trauma. You will have a small caseload working as part of the wider MDT. With opportunities for research and being part of the board. This is an opportunity to develop whilst making a positive impact on young people who need you the most.
You will be working in a supportive environment where development and career progression are at the forefront of the company's ethos. With the ability to work on various projects, you will have passion, curiosity and the will to drive things forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead the service
- Deliver high quality 1:1 assessments and treatment to patients
- Sit on the research board
- Find new and Innovative ways to move the service forward
- Supervise the Assistant Psychologist
- Small Caseload
Qualifications
- HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists
- Doctorate in Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychology
- Expereinced working with Trauma
- Clear understanding of Safeguarding and Risk
- Excellent communicator, with a proactive and positive approach
- Passionate about improving individuals’ mental health and wellbeing

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 22.5 per week
Salary: £53,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
