Position Overview & Specifications

Location: Flexibly remote from one of our UK hubs (Bristol, Edinburgh, Harrogate, London, Manchester or Oxford)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Remuneration Range: Competitive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage ongoing ERP & Management Information project involving Azure Synapse and Power BI alongside internal stakeholders and external subcontractors, providing technical skills as required.
  • Plan and project manage integration with current systems (e.g. Netsuite, Hubspot, HiBob, LearnAmp, and PinPoint HRIS).
  • Plan and project manage integration with future systems and data loads into existing Azure Synapse data warehouse.
  • Plan and project manage data migration/harmonisation for mergers and acquisitions
  • Drive improvements in design, efficiency, manageability, and costs for the existing Azure Synapse data warehouse.
  • Document architecture and maintain key system schema information for other teams to use for integration.
  • Liaise with Automation Team to support automation redesign in Azure Automation .
  • Liaise with Automation Team to support automation redesign using Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Pipelines and Azure Functions.

Summary of Role:

Ongoing growth requires a consistent approach to integrating core IT systems to provide business intelligence, better governance, and improved automation of standardised requests. Anthesis requires an experienced Solutions Architect to advise, implement, and manage the integration of key systems (e.g. NetSuite, HubSpot, HiBob, and Azure AAD) via Azure Synapse. The role will liaise directly with key stakeholders in Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT to ensure the business objectives of the integration are achieved. The role will also involve merging/migrating IT systems of any acquisitions into global systems. The role will also link strategically into the wider IT Team to ensure that the integration will support a redesign of Anthesis’ automation infrastructure. This role will report to CFO / IT Director.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Project Management
  • Experience with Azure infrastructure
  • Experience with Azure Synapse
  • Experience with SQL databases & T-SQL
  • Experience with Power BI
  • English language
  • Desirable Experience with: HubSpot CRM, SharePoint, HiBob HRIS, Oracle NetSuite ERP , or DevOps environment using Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines
  • Spanish language a plus
  • Previous background or passion for sustainability preferred;
  • Curious, globally minded and enthusiastic;
  • Organised, methodical and analytical;
  • Effective time management and organisational skills. Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to a dynamic, fast moving and changing work environment;
  • Work well with a wide range of people on a global basis;
  • Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative;
