IT Technician

We are recruiting for a Band 4 IT Technician role. This role will be based across Sussex covering various sites throughout the area.

Main responsibilities would include but not limited to resolving software and hardware issues and configuring of new and existing mobile phones, laptops and tablet devices The trust primarily uses Windows 10 and Office 2019 . Ideally we would be looking for someone who has previous NHS IT, Microsoft 365 or local government experience.

Together, we provide mental health, learning disability, substance misuse and prison healthcare throughout Sussex, along with a range of specialist services across the South East of England and beyond.

Experience with Windows 10, Office 2019, Microsoft 365, Audio/Visual Equipment, Dell, Android Mobiles and Apple devices would be beneficial but full training will be provided.

You will be required to travel to various sites across the trust so access to your own transport is essential.
