We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Account Executive to join our team at Surge Marketing. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts for a variety of clients, working alongside our wider marketing team to create and execute successful social media strategies. You will be working with various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest.

The successful candidate will:

• Audit social accounts to identify areas for improvement
• Work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver full-service digital marketing strategies for clients
• Liaise with clients to ensure recommendations are implemented successfully
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Create and execute social media strategies to improve clients' online presence
• Working across multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter & Pinterest.
• Creation of both organic and paid social campaigns.
• Produce timely and informative performance reports for clients
• Conduct competitor analysis and insights.
• Create graphics on Canva or similar software.
• Work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver full service digital marketing strategies for our clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients
• Create and execute content marketing strategies to help our clients improve their online presence
• Support in the management of Surge’s own digital marketing strategy
• Maintain the production of detailed monthly reporting documents to monitor and communicate marketing performance.

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
