Salary: £10.90 per hour

Hours: 16 hours per week

Working Pattern:

• Monday - 9.30am - 13.30pm
• Tuesday - 9.30am - 12.30pm
• Wednesday - 9:30am - 12:30pm
• Thursday - 9.30am - 12.30pm
• Friday - 9.30am - 12.30pm

*As September is our busiest period, you must be available to work 6 days a week from 9.00am – 17.00pm, including the weekends (psst.. extra funds to go towards your Christmas shopping!)*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning our student’s rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Supporting our team by cleaning communal areas.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our students.
• Reporting on daily and weekly tasks.
• Troubleshooting problems and emergency situations as they arise.
• Any other reasonable request asked of you by your manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• At least 1 year experience in a Housekeeper/Cleaner role.
• A real passion for housekeeping/cleaning and a fine eye for detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
• Fluent in another language (not essential but would be an advantage).
• An impeccable presentation.
• An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
• All candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK to be considered.
