This role will typically be hybrid, with 1/2 days working in the office and 3/4 days working from home.

Student Loans Company is a non-profit making Government-owned organisation to provide loans and grants to students in universities and colleges in the UK. Since 1989, we have enabled our customers to invest in their futures by delivering secure, accurate and efficient assessment, payment and repayment services.

Our Business Administration Apprentices are responsible for supporting our customers in their student finance journey by assisting customers, resolving their requests and case managing their applications whilst learning new skills as your career progresses within SLC. This will include initially assessing and processing student finance applications to establish our customers' eligibility and entitlement to financial support and training you will be providing excellent customer service by answering customer queries through our various channels including inbound and outbound calls, email, webchat and letter.

During your Business Administration Apprenticeship, you will also be working towards achieving a SCQF L6 Business Administration Qualification.

SLC offer a Blend working model and this role typically consists of 1 day in the office, and 4 days working from home.
