All 788 guest rooms, lobby, restaurant and bar are refurbished to a modern and contemporary style inspired by the hotel's popular art deco era in the 1920's. We welcome guests on business and leisure from all corners of the UK and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors to the hotel, delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage arrivals and departure process professionally ensuring payments and billings are correct
• Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and give full attention to any guest requests in a caring and helpful manner
• Be aware of Hotel VIPs, Corporate and regular guests
