Stagecoach Performing Arts Nottingham is a small business in Nottingham, NG1 4JB, however we are part of a much larger franchise. We are rewarding, inclusive and engaging.

Performing Arts Teachers

Stagecoach Performing Arts Nottingham is seeking teacher candidates to join our team! We are on the look out for a drama teacher (Friday evening and or Saturday daytime), a singing teacher (Friday evening) and an early stages maternity cover. (Saturday daytime). These positions are available from September, however we'd love to bring the right person in over the next few weeks to intorudce them to the school.

We are looking for someone who has experience and passion working with children, someone who is energetic, engaging and willing to adapt to different child's needs and ways of learning.

Responsibilities:

• Teach weekly fun, engaging, inspiring lessons to a varierty of children of different ages and abilities.
• Be capable of self managing lesson objectives, short term and long term goals.
• Be able to work within a team of performing arts teachers from time to time.
• Be able to communicate effectively with manager regarding objectives and lesson plans.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nottingham, NG1 4JB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
