Office Assistant

Hours: 25 hours per week, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Up to £14,300 per annum pro-rata (£22,880 FTE) dependent on experience.

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year.

Please note that this role is based on-site.

We are seeking a professional, organised and approachable Bursar’s Office Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Bursar, ensuring the smooth running of the Bursar’s Office and related operations.

You will also provide administrative support to individual members of the Executive Leadership, Business Senior Management, and Senior Leadership Teams (approximately 5 hours per week) and to the other Business Departments as required.

You will have good written skills with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be digitally proficient and a confident user of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Previous experience of working within a school environment would be beneficial.
