St. Austell Brewery is recruiting for an exciting HR Business Partner role within our People Service Team. The team provide a wide range of support and advice from Employee Relations, Training & Development, Recruitment and Pay. We are passionate about delivering support across all teams including our Pubs, Inns and Hotels, Beer and Brands and head office.
The role of HR Business Partner will be field based working collaboratively with business leaders, championing the balance of commerciality with doing the right thing for our people. You will be essential in driving key areas of the People Services strategy which include talent management, succession planning as well as improving employee engagement.
About You
A HR qualification either a CIPD or degree equivalent- An excellent collaborator and a passion for developing people commercially
- Experience of training, coaching, and developing managers
- Ability to provide leaders with support to ensure teams are aligned to business objectives and strategy
- Demonstrable experience of challenging and influencing in order to drive results
- Experience of providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
- Strong Influencing skills and the capability of building relationships with people around the business
- Confident at questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues
