About the Role

Barista at Starbucks Glasgow Airport

Pay rate £10.80 per hour, regardless of age.

An additional £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am.

We are looking for Part Time Baristas to join our Starbucks team at Glasgow Airport.
As a Barista you will work shifts between 3am to 11pm.

If you love Starbucks but don't have any Barista experience don't worry, as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.

Responsibilities for Barista:

• Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
• Maintain Brand standards within your workstation
• Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
• Receiving deliveries and restocking the unit
• Engaging every customer
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all work areas

Requirements for Barista:

Due to some responsibilities within the Barista role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
