About the stores

Specsavers Margate is situated within the Westwood Cross Sainsburys in the popular town of Broadstairs. This five test room store relocated from Margate in 2020 having been on the Margate High Street for over 27 years. The store benefits from being in the Westwood shopping centre with free parking and access to retail outlets, restaurants and bars. Having only been open for 2 years, the store has the most current Specsavers branding and technology to include OCT.

2 miles away mile is the Specsavers Ramsgate store. The store has recently undergone a compete refurbishment which has increased testing capacity from 3 to 5 test rooms. Like Westwood Cross, the store offers a fantastic customer experience and also benefits from an onsite laboratory so glasses for both Ramsgate and Margate can be manufactured on site.

Requirements of the role

The new Retail Partner will be a proven retailer with experience in Optics. The right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst leading and inspiring your teams to be the best that they can be. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
