Specsavers in Dunfermline are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the new Store Partner, Director and Business Owner. Grow your own business, look after your Private customers, serve your community, create an asset for your family’s future and enjoy the profits of all your hard work.

What does being a Partner mean?

As a Hearcare joint venture partner, you will lead the audiology side of the business with the aim of providing the very best in patient care. Our business ownership model allows you to use your expertise and experience to give the gift of hearing back to people who need it most, all whilst growing a business and building an asset for your (and your family’s) future. Working in collaboration with your optical and retail partner, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring its long-term growth and success. You’ll own shares in the business so alongside your basic salary you’re able to withdraw dividends from the business – at Dunfermline that’s 50% of the operating profit in your back pocket.

What’s Specsavers in Dunfermline like?

Specsavers in Dunfermline first opened its doors as an optical business in 1987 before adding audiology in 2018. The store sits in a prominent position on the main high street and is firmly embedded within the local community.

You would be joining Gillian Stapleton who is the Retail Director of Specsavers in Dunfermline. As well as Sidra Zia the stores new Optometry partner, both are really looking forward to gaining an Audiology Partner to help them drive the business forward so that it offers holistic care to customers who want access to both sight and hear care services in their community.
