Experience level: For this role you will need to be a qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser and able to HCPC register

Due to high customer volumes and growth, we’re looking for an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our hearcare business in Falkirk.

About us:
Falkirk Hearcare is one of our new hearcare businesses or ‘hubs’. It’s run by our Hearcare Director Claudia who joined us from another Specsavers store having completed our pathway programme. Claudia joined Specsavers and trained to be a Hearcare Clinical Assistant before going on to qualify as a Hearing Aid Dispenser and then become a director herself.

The Falkirk store has been open as an opticians for 29 years and has recently relocated to a much bigger store with 6 test rooms. At Falkirk we now have a dedicated hearcare test room equipped with a booth!

At Falkirk Hearcare we offer private testing and wax removal. We also offer home visits for our customers who are unable to come into store for their appointment.

The role in a nutsell:

• Full time or Part time
• £5,000 Joining Bonus
• Bonus Scheme
• Wax removal course available if you’re not already qualified
• Newly qualified candidates happily considered
• Covering clinics in Falkirk, Grangemouth and home visits
• Parking available either at or nearby both stores

About the team:
Joining one of our newer hearcare businesses you will be the second member of this small team. You will also be part of the wider optical team in this well established Specsavers store.

Having started her journey in hearcare as a Hearcare Clinical Assistant and progressing to be a Hearcare Director, Claudia is a fantastic example of what you can achieve in Specsavers. She will also give you excellent support in achieving your goals in Audiology.
