The Hereford operation is the major European production facility and now has exciting opportunities for Process Operators x 2 at the Special Metals Wiggin, Hereford Plant.

Job Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who have a passion to win and deliver. You will have experience within manufacturing, using machinery like lathes, grinders, saws, drills and hand held equipment, or setting up machines or similar. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive induction into the business however, you must be able to work shifts which will include nights (6-2/2-10/10-6 weekly rotation).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
• Good attention to detail, a flexible attitude to tasks and able to use your own initiative.
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is essential
• Full training will be provided
