Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Operator:

The successful candidate will be part of a flexible team working a nominated shift pattern producing high performance composite materials that are used extensively throughout the Aerospace Industry. You will be expected to work safely to meet all production and quality requirements in line with the high expectations set by working in a leading Aerospace Industry.

  • To support the operation of production to ensure processes are within the standard operating procedures and that material is produced to the correct quality, quantity and timescale to meet the customer requirements.
  • To work in a safe manner in adherence with company policies.
  • To maintain housekeeping standards meeting today’s Aerospace Standards.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and of working shifts.
  • Basic Safety Related work based training
  • Strong commitment to all aspects of workplace safety.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Self Motivation
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
  • Comfortable with Software based processes.
  • Working safely within Operations Rules
  • Flexible Approach.
  • Willingness to Develop in a Challenging Role.
