Trainee Engineer

This is a temporary position for an initial 3-month training period, with the potential to transition to a permanent role upon successful completion of the training course. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the device repair field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in our comprehensive training program, covering Level 1 and Level 2 device repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software faults (Level 1 repairs).
• Perform hands-on device repairs, including hardware replacement and component repair (Level 2 repairs).
• Collaborate with the device repair team to develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of industry best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the repair process.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
• Strong interest in technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
