Our Brand

Slim Chickens is an exciting fast-casual restaurant brand that has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is rapidly growing with expansion in the UK with sites nationwide. Our Southern hospitality and freshly cooked to order chicken has attracted thousands through our doors and has proved a great hit with the Brits since we started operations here in the UK.

As we expand across the UK, we are building a team of passionate, ambitious, driven people to deliver the best possible guest experience and to help us in opening our new sites.

We have built up a reputation of serving the highest quality chicken, marinated in buttermilk, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order, all served to our guests with our friendly Southern American style hospitality. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the door is always open.

The Role

As a Team Member you are a crucial part of our business as you deal with our guests daily, so their experience is in your hands. You could be explaining our choice of sauces, cooking, and preparing our mouth-watering chicken, working on the till, delivering orders to tables, or even helping to keep the restaurant clean and tidy. Whatever role you are doing it’s an important one. Paying close attention to customers and their needs is essential as you will be the main factor in creating a wonderful guest experience.

The ideal candidate would have a motivated and friendly attitude who works well in a team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so being alert and quick thinking is key.

One more thing! Before you hit that apply button, we need to let you in on something…it can be a challenging role! There may be times that you have to start early or finish late, and even if you’re having one of those days where you’re not in the best mood you still need your game face on for our guests. It’s not a role that suits everyone!
