Quantity Surveyor (Visa Sponsorship)

Skills Provision requires suitably trained, Quantity Surveyors, for roles in Northern Ireland.

The employer has grown to become a market leader in the building services and construction industry.

For this role, the company will consider applicants from outside the United Kingdom (Visa Sponsorship).

£40,000 – £50,000 per year

The Role

• Secure financial delivery on selected projects
• Control costs, provide monthly evaluations
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients, contractors, colleagues and site staff
• Produce and maintain accurate reports and project documentation
• Improve working processes and controls to improve efficiency and performance
• Report directly to the Commercial Manager
• Additional duties as directed or required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Qualified or working toward RICS, CIOB, ICES or similar

Experience and Knowledge:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (Building construction preferred)
• Competent IT operator
• Knowledge and experience with JCT form of contract or equivalent
