The Technical Documentation and Business Intelligence Intern role requires an individual who can work on-site in Plymouth, Minnesota, where they will make a great impact on the ONCE® team. The person hired should expect to work on projects cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams.
What you’ll do…..
The Technical Documentation and Business Intelligence Intern position will have responsibilities in two areas of the business:
Business Intelligence:
  • Interface with users to determine the desired outcome of data collection and reporting.
  • Review field structure in SAP and propose best field usage to achieve reporting goals.
  • Develop reports and dashboards in SAP for key users including management team, sales, etc
  • Test reports to ensure data accuracy and validate reports with end users.
Technical Documentation:
  • Create product structures in Teamcenter PLM (product lifecycle management) system.
  • Transfer product technical documentation from current file structure into Teamcenter PLM
  • Create lists of any missing technical documents and interface with technical team to collect missing items.
Your Qualifications..
  • Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Managment, or relevant Technical degree.
  • High level of attention to detail. Quick to learn TeamCenter PLM, database reporting tools and SAP
  • Experience within some form of CAD (Solidworks, AutoCAD, Catia, etc.) helpful, but not required.
  • Experience with SQL or other relational database management language preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
