Exam Invigilator

Signature Recruitment is looking for Exam Invigilators to help out on a part time basis. As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring that exams are conducted in a fair and secure manner, following all guidelines and procedures set out by our client, a London based University. This is a part-time, temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up exam rooms, including ensuring all necessary materials are present and any necessary technology is functioning properly

· Greet exam takers, verify their identification and provide them with necessary instructions

· Monitor exam rooms during testing, ensuring that students are adhering to all exam rules and regulations

· Handle any issues or concerns that arise during exams in a professional and timely manner

· Collect and organise exam materials and return them to the appropriate person

Exam Invigilator Skills:

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to maintain focus and be vigilant for the duration of an exam

· Comfortable working with technology

· Able to work flexible hours
